Who is the controller

What data we process
We process only the data you voluntarily provide — mainly name, email, and optionally school, role and the text of your message. We also process anonymised website traffic data.
Purpose
We use the data to send the requested ebook, to answer your question and to measure and improve the content of the website.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent given by sending a message or an ebook request, or on legitimate interest in traffic measurement.
Analytics
The website uses traffic measurement tools (Google Analytics 4 and PostHog). We do not collect names, emails or form content through them.
Third parties
We do not share your personal data with third parties beyond the email tool provider that enables communication with you.
Retention
We keep your data only for as long as necessary to communicate with you, and no longer than until you withdraw consent.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, portability and the right to withdraw consent at any time at Dvorak.konzultace@gmail.com.
